 Project Objective


To automatically open and close a dustbin lid when a person comes near it using an ultrasonic sensor and servo motor.

 Working Principle


Ultrasonic sensor measures distance.


When hand comes within 15 cm, Arduino:


Opens dustbin lid (servo rotates)


After few seconds:


Lid closes automatically
